By placing your order you agree to these terms and conditions. It is therefore important that you read them before placing your order.
Cancelling an order
As a customer, you have 14 days to cancel your order and we will refund the amount of your order to the account from which you made the payment.
Order acceptance
When placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order contents and prices to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Payment
If you choose to pay online by credit card and other payment methods through Barion’s system. Your credit card or other payment details will not be passed to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, licence number H-EN-I-1064/2013.”
Delivery
You as a customer are free to choose between the delivery methods mentioned and those relevant at the time. Functional Fine Foods Ltd. shall not be liable for any damage occurring during delivery or for any damage resulting from delays beyond its control
Return policy
Functional Fine Foods Ltd. will accept returns within 14 days if the goods have not been used, exchanged, washed or otherwise tampered with. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. No goods may be returned to Functional Fine Foods Ltd. without the prior written consent of Functional Fine Foods Ltd. and a return shipping fee must be paid for returned goods.
Liability
We endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is as accurate as possible, but we make no warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy. We do not warrant any incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site and you are responsible for ensuring that your own equipment is protected against viruses or other external factors.
